Pricing
- Establishment of the first conference and staff training, per organiser:
- €2,000, each additional conference €1,500, follow-up conferences using the
- same workflow €1,000.
- Registration: about 6% of the full attendance fee per attendee (incl.
- credit card charge), at least about €10 per attendee. When payment is made
- by foreign bank transfer from outside the EU or by cheque, bank charges and
- a €5 administration fee will be added per attendee. Flat rates are
- possible.
- Abstract submission about €3.50 per abstract.
- other services, costs to be agreed: conference Web page, abstract CD-ROM,
- on-site service, publication of the proceedings.
- Prices quoted are valid until 12/2010 and do not include VAT.
